Diane Homer

Diane has extensive sales experience gained in the publishing, advertising and marketing industries. She is a creative thinker and writer who thrives on providing exciting ideas and marketing solutions to increase sales. She joined Inner Stream Media in 2015. In 2018, she became President of sister company, Inner Stream Media.

Prior to joining Inner Stream Media, Diane published a children’s educational enrichment monthly newspaper. As a Senior Vice President/New Business Development Director for a global employee communications agency, Diane secured $5-7 million annually in new business with a 2 year peak of $24 million. She also created and ran her own outsourced sales and marketing company, Insourceful-Inc.

Mercy Rivas
Marketing Research Manager

Mercy Rivas is the Marketing Research Manager at Inner Stream Media. She started as an intern Marketing Research Coordinator, and was promoted to Manager in 2020. She is a key member of the team who utilizes extensive internet knowledge and well-honed communications skills to research critical data to identify prospects.

Mercy's day-today focus is to analyze and present gathered research to management, distribute marketing opportunities to advertisers, produce reports based on findings and create corresponding solutions to customer concerns.

Nick has over four decades of experience in the Information Technology Sector. Formerly Director, IT for CBS Broadcast International, Nick was at the forefront of the small business computer (PC) revolution bringing first-of-their-kind corporate PC applications to CBS, Chase Bank, Sony Music, Universal Music Group as well as other Fortune 500 companies.

Nick's NYC-based consulting practice brings innovative, user-friendly solutions to clients throughout the United States and Canada. He serves in an advisory role regarding Inner Stream Media and client technical matters.
